General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeebtzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, products, games, and content made available at jeebtzz.net ("the Website"). By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

jeebtzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Website. Continued use of the jeebtzz platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the jeebtzz platform immediately and contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure. jeebtzz will process all valid closure requests in accordance with the Account Suspension & Closure section of these Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute. The governing language of all communications, dispute resolution procedures, and legal proceedings related to your jeebtzz account is English.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jeebtzz, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and is non-negotiable regardless of the laws of your country of residence.
• You are a natural person of full legal capacity — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on jeebtzz.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of jeebtzz or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You have not previously had a jeebtzz account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme, including any self-exclusion request submitted to jeebtzz itself, that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

jeebtzz conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts before processing any withdrawal. As part of KYC, you may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until documentation is provided and approved.

If at any point jeebtzz has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze any associated balance, and initiate a full age-verification review. If underage use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds will be returned minus any winnings generated — which will be forfeited in their entirety.

Account Registration

To access the full range of jeebtzz services — including real-money casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and BDT deposits — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and requires no payment at the point of sign-up.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency. jeebtzz is a BDT-native platform and supports Bangladeshi Taka as its primary account currency, eliminating currency conversion fees for players depositing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or local bank transfers.

You are strictly limited to one registered account on jeebtzz. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, across different devices, or via different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, jeebtzz reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein, including real-money deposits, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your jeebtzz account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account to place wagers. jeebtzz will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login details.

jeebtzz employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform. All passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and salting procedures and are never accessible in plain text to any jeebtzz employee. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jeebtzz supports a comprehensive range of BDT deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the jeebtzz platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

Deposits are generally credited to your jeebtzz account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on your chosen payment method and your mobile financial service provider. In the event of a deposit that is deducted from your payment source but not reflected in your jeebtzz account within 30 minutes, you should contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number for investigation.

• Minimum deposit: Subject to current limits published in the Cashier section of your jeebtzz account.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed KYC verification and whose account is in good standing.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where reasonably practicable, in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Processing time: jeebtzz aims to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly. Actual crediting times depend on the payment provider and may vary.
• Verification holds: jeebtzz reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending completion of additional verification checks in accordance with our AML and fraud prevention policies.

jeebtzz does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which jeebtzz accepts no responsibility. Players are advised to review their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating transactions.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

From time to time, jeebtzz offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, VIP rewards, and other incentive programmes to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence only in respect of that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jeebtzz promotional offers:

1. Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where specified, KYC verification.
2. Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. jeebtzz reserves the right to decline bonus claims from players suspected of bonus abuse.
3. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus play can be transferred to the real-money wallet or requested as a withdrawal.
4. Wagering contributions differ by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in each promotion's terms.
5. Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without compensation.
6. jeebtzz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited and in active use.

Promotional abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit offer terms, or the use of automated tools to interact with promotional mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and potentially the closure of all implicated accounts.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on jeebtzz, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, closure, and/or legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of account operation.
• Attempting to access the jeebtzz platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any non-human means.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of errors are void and will be deducted from your account balance.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the jeebtzz Cashier as a vehicle.
• Colluding with other players during live dealer or table game sessions to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeebtzz support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the jeebtzz platform, its software, or its game content.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to falsify your location.

You further agree to notify jeebtzz promptly if you become aware of any security vulnerability, bug, or exploit on the platform. Responsible disclosure should be made to [email protected]. Exploiting rather than reporting a known vulnerability is a serious breach of these Terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

jeebtzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity theft, payment fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Confirmed underage gambling or provision of false age documentation.
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted to jeebtzz.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring us to restrict access.
• Prolonged account inactivity, in accordance with our dormant account policy.

In cases of account closure due to player breach of these Terms, jeebtzz reserves the right to confiscate any real-money balance, bonus balance, and pending winnings as appropriate to the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is initiated by the player voluntarily (including self-exclusion), the real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all required checks have been completed.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their jeebtzz account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal at the time of account closure will be processed in the normal course, provided the account was in good standing at the time of the request.

Dormant accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more — may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with the fee schedule published in the account settings area of the jeebtzz platform. Players will receive advance email notification before any dormancy fee is applied. In all cases, the remaining balance will not fall below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeebtzz, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jeebtzz platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from gambling outcomes, delays in withdrawal processing, temporary platform unavailability, or data loss.

jeebtzz makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we invest substantially in platform reliability, network interruptions, scheduled maintenance, and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect service availability. jeebtzz will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance via the Website or email notification.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability is not permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and jeebtzz with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. jeebtzz's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
